White expanded PVC 10 mm
White expanded PVC 19 mm
White expanded PVC 30 mm
Expanded PVC is a plastic material offering lightness and rigidity. It is obtained hot from polyvinyl chloride foam, creating a homogeneous closed-cell structure with a dense surface skin.
Expanded PVC is dyed in the mass and of uniform white color.
Weather resistant, it is suitable for both long-term indoor and outdoor use. Also suitable for coloring with paint.
The range of thicknesses offers great creative freedom to play with reliefs according to the scale of the project. A sure value in signage, white expanded PVC ensures strong contrast and optimal readability for sign letters on dark to medium-light backgrounds.
We exclusively use the reference white expanded PVC brand Komacel®, produced by a European manufacturer recognized for its compliance with the most demanding standards. This qualitative choice guarantees excellent stability of the material over time as well as a safe composition without risk of harmfulness.
Regarding fire resistance, 10 mm thick cutouts are classified M1, and 19 to 30 mm thick cutouts are classified M2.

PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), also known as plexiglas, is a thermoplastic polymer offering excellent resistance to UV and weather conditions, and is particularly suitable for laser cutting.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. A preferred material for precision signage and high-end decorative applications, laser cutting of PMMA allows for exceptional fineness, ideal for small lettering and detailed logos where PVC milling is required for larger signs. Both materials can also complement each other harmoniously on the same project depending on scales and needs. The white/black range in glossy or matte finishes allows for great creative freedom and guarantees optimal contrast and legibility in signage.
We exclusively use cast PMMA from recognized European brands for their compliance with the most demanding standards. This qualitative choice guarantees a perfect finish of the material as well as a safe composition without risk of toxicity.
Many contemporary artists like Anish Kapoor or Jeff Koons use opaque PMMA for their monumental sculptures.
3 mm transparent plexi
5 mm transparent plexi
10 mm transparent plexi
PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), commonly called plexiglas or acrylic glass, is a transparent thermoplastic combining exceptional optical clarity and excellent impact resistance. It is particularly suitable for laser cutting.
Gloss and transparency comparable to glass.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, transparent PMMA allows for the creation of cut lettering or logos with a crystalline look, or even contemporary decorative objects. Its transparency and cutting fineness offer a true alternative to glass, for a premium finish with complete safety.
We exclusively use cast PMMA from recognized European brands for their compliance with the most demanding standards. This qualitative choice guarantees a perfect finish of the material as well as a safe composition without risk of toxicity.
Unlike polycarbonate which yellows quickly, PMMA retains its transparency and brilliance for decades without yellowing or degrading under the effect of UV rays.
Chrome mirror plexi 3 mm
Orange gold mirror plexi 3 mm
Rose gold mirror plexi 3 mm
Mirror PMMA is a transparent extruded PMMA with a fully reflective layer on one side, suitable for laser cutting.
Suitable for indoor use only. Laser cutting mirror PMMA allows for the precise creation of small mirror parts, with complex shapes or fine details, ideal for interior decoration. Also perfect for signage and wall lettering with a chrome or shiny gold effect. For an outdoor mirror project we recommend considering mirror Alu-Dibond.
European-made extruded PMMA.
Silver brushed acrylic 1.6 mm
Gold brushed acrylic 1.6 mm
Copper brushed acrylic 1.6 mm
Acrylic-based material with a brushed metallic look finish and excellent UV resistance.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, surfaces with metallic effects allow achieving the look of metal with the advantages of plastics. For signage, metallic effect acrylics are an ideal alternative to brushed Alu-Dibond when the level of detail of lettering or pictograms is too fine for milling cutting. Both materials can also complement each other harmoniously on the same project depending on scales and needs.
