Properties

Sandwich material consisting of two aluminum sheets of 0.3 mm thickness enclosing a polyethylene core.

This composite structure combines remarkable rigidity and exceptional lightness, offering the aesthetic advantages of aluminum without the constraints of a classic sheet metal.

Appearance

  • Face appearance : aluminum with linear brushed texture, natural (silver), gold or copper.
  • Edge appearance : sandwich structure presenting a visible contrast between the aluminum sheets and the black polyethylene core.

Applications

Perfectly adapted for indoor as well as outdoor use, with excellent weather resistance (does not deform, does not rust, and maintains its mechanical properties over time). Brushed alu-dibond is found in the majority of wall logo projects and outdoor signs looking for a metallic finish.

Did you know?

The brushed effect is not a simple print, it is obtained by actual brushing of the aluminum surface, and also has the advantage of naturally masking small scratches from use and fingerprints.
